Smart Lock Access Control System for Telecom Towers
Almost all telecom companies around the world have a large number of Telecom Shelters and telecom towers, and most of them are located in remote areas, where they are left unattended for a long time, usually relying only on some basic protection facilities such as locks, to provide protection.
Telecommunication companies need to make careful choices when it comes to locking down systems. Usually the following factors need to be considered:
- Protect the operator’s equipment and assets
- Reduce the burden of infrastructure renovation
- Maximize the utilization of telecom assets
- Strictly implement access control to all operators and contractors
- Prevent theft and vandalism
If anything happens on site, telcos need to know who is responsible for what happened. Adding items based on flipping through handwritten logs to see which contractors are operating is a terrible hassle.
The solution is as follows:
The Vanma smart lock access control system can facilitate the traceability of access keys and related tasks, and can minimize the cost of installation and modification, which is basically the same as the installation method of traditional mechanical locking systems. Its advantages are:
- The use of imitation mechanical structure makes installation more time-saving and labor-saving.
- With professionally equipped smart keys, there is no risk of duplication, theft or loss of keys.
- Enhanced security and audit transparency to improve management productivity.
- No mechanical keys are used, making it easier for users to move from point to point.
- Remote tracking of relevant operator activities.
- The software background generates real-time operation record reports.
- Create role systems for accountability, traceability.
- Allows quick creation of tasks and access to virtual keys in the system to associate roles.
- Program the smart key according to individual needs.
- Allow authorized individuals to access confidential areas/sites.
