Challenge

Traditional mechanical locks on server cabinets, fire doors and corridors left no audit trail. Key rings were bulky, permissions were hard to revoke, and “who opened what, when” was often unknown, jeopardizing both data integrity and emergency response.

Solution

Vanma supplied 132 passive electronic locks (50 L35 padlocks, 26 fire-door cylinders, 56 MS840 cabinet locks) plus 12 K01 programmable keys controlled by a central authorization server.

  • Zero batteries in locks, AES-128 encrypted logs, offline buffer for 8,000 events.
