Mechanical keys on 125 silo doors left no access log; every nightly check relied on paper sign-off that was often unreadable or missing, making it impossible to prove who had entered a silo or when.
Solution
Vanma deployed 125 WM-2000C-L40 passive padlocks and 6 K01 offline keys managed by S7.0 software.
- Keys are pre-loaded with 365-day windows and daily task lists.
- Every lock/unlock is time-stamped and stored offline; data uploads automatically once per day when the key is docked.
